Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, as per the standard commercial terms agreed upon between the journalist service provider and the client. Payment shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the following account:

All journalistic content produced under this engagement remains the intellectual property of Atlas Media Group SARL upon full settlement of this invoice, in compliance with Moroccan intellectual property law (Law 2.00.08).
The journalist service provider confirms that all reporting, photography, and editorial work was conducted in full compliance with the Moroccan Press Law (Law 88.13) and the ethical standards of the Moroccan Journalists Syndicate (Syndicat National des Journalistes du Maroc). All sources were handled with due confidentiality, and all on-site reporting in the Casablanca area was conducted with proper permits where required by local municipal authorities.
This invoice is issued in accordance with the Moroccan General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts) and the applicable regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts, Casablanca Regional Directorate. The withholding tax deduction of 15% has been applied as mandated for professional service fees paid to independent journalists and media consultants operating within the Kingdom of Morocco.
