Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement signed between Thura Aung Journalist Services and Yangon Media & Broadcasting Group Co., Ltd. All Journalist services rendered in Myanmar Yangon during the billing period of 01 June 2025 to 15 June 2025 are itemized above. The Journalist confirms that all reporting, editorial, and research work was conducted in full compliance with Myanmar's Press Law and the Myanmar Yangon municipal media guidelines.
The client acknowledges that all intellectual property rights to the Journalist's original articles, photographs, and research materials remain with the Journalist unless a separate licensing agreement is executed. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to reproduce the delivered content in its Myanmar Yangon publications and digital platforms.
Should the client require additional Journalist services, revisions, or extended coverage in Myanmar Yangon beyond the scope of this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued within five (5) business days. All amounts are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of settlement.
This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Payment received after the due date of 30 June 2025 will be subject to the late-payment interest clause stated in the Payment Terms section. The Journalist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in Myanmar Yangon if payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days from the due date.
