Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by an independent Journalist operating as a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) in Amsterdam, Netherlands. All journalist services described herein were performed in accordance with the Dutch Code of Journalism (Nederlands Persbureau ethical guidelines) and applicable intellectual property laws of the Netherlands.
All written articles, photographs, video footage, and research materials produced by the Journalist under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance of payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish and distribute the materials in all media formats within the Netherlands Amsterdam region and internationally.
The Journalist confirms that all sources cited in the delivered work have been approached in compliance with Dutch data protection regulations (AVG/GDPR) and that no confidential information has been disclosed without proper consent. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the period 2 June 2025 through 12 June 2025.
Should the client require any amendments, corrections, or additional deliverables related to the journalist work described in this Invoice, a separate change order and supplementary Invoice will be issued. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
