Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice issue date, no later than 14 July 2025. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum as stipulated in the service agreement. Please ensure the Invoice reference number is included with all payments to facilitate accurate reconciliation.
Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all Journalist services rendered between 1 May 2025 and 31 May 2025 in New Zealand Wellington and its surrounding districts, as outlined in the service agreement referenced above.
2. All journalistic content, including but not limited to written articles, video recordings, photographs, and audio files produced under this engagement, shall remain the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment of this Invoice has been received. Upon clearance of payment, a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the content is granted to the client.
3. The Journalist has adhered to the Code of Ethics of the New Zealand Media and Advertising (NZMA) and the Press Council of New Zealand guidelines throughout the delivery of all services described in this Invoice.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, with jurisdiction vested in the District Court of Wellington.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the client is requested to contact the Journalist to confirm whether the Invoice remains outstanding or has been settled.
