3. The Journalist confirms that all reporting was conducted in compliance with the Press and Publications Ordinance 1962 and the Code of Ethics of the Pakistan Federation of Journalists (PFJ), Islamabad Chapter.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Any disputes regarding the services rendered shall be resolved through the mediation panel of the Pakistan Islamabad Press Club within 30 days of written notice.
5. The Journalist has declared all income from this engagement to the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan Islamabad, under the applicable tax slabs for self-employed media professionals.
