The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to reproduce the delivered content for internal corporate communications and the specific publication purposes outlined in the service contract. Any unauthorized redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of the journalistic material beyond the agreed scope shall constitute a breach of contract and may result in legal action under Peruvian intellectual property law (Ley N° 27808). This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from the provider. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Peru Lima, San Isidro district.
