Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, no later than July 15, 2025. The Journalist accepts payment via bank transfer to the following account: BDO Unibank, Inc., Account Name: Maria Elena Santos, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, Branch: Makati City, Philippines Manila. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date. This Invoice is non-negotiable and non-transferable. All services rendered by the Journalist are subject to the terms of the Master Service Agreement dated April 1, 2025, between the parties.
