Terms, Conditions & Journalist Notes
This invoice is issued in accordance with the Qatar Commercial Law and the regulations governing freelance journalism and media services in the State of Qatar. The journalist, Khalid Al-Mansoori, holds a valid Qatar Press Card issued by the Ministry of Culture and Sports and operates under the commercial registration number stated above.
- All journalistic content, photographs, and video materials produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the journalist until full payment is received in accordance with the terms of this invoice.
- The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered materials for internal corporate communications and approved public distribution within Qatar and internationally, subject to proper credit attribution to the journalist.
- Any revisions or additional reporting requests beyond the scope described in this invoice will be subject to a separate quotation and written approval by both parties.
- This invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatari commercial practice.
- All disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
The journalist confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with the Qatar Media Law (Law No. 1 of 2014) and the ethical standards of the Qatari Journalists Association. No confidential or classified information was accessed or disclosed during the course of this engagement.
