Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Sberbank, Branch Saint Petersburg, Account No. 40702810 9000 0001 2345, BIC: 044030643, Beneficiary: A.D. Volkov (Self-Employed Journalist, NPD regime).
- All amounts are quoted in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of 20% as stipulated by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for the purposes of the Federal Law No. 54-FZ "On the Application of Cash Register Equipment" and may be used for tax deduction purposes by the client.
- The journalist retains full copyright ownership of all original reporting, photographs, and written content produced under this engagement unless a separate assignment agreement is executed in writing.
Additional Notes
This invoice is issued in connection with the freelance journalist engagement contract No. SMG-2025-112, dated 25 May 2025, between A.D. Volkov (hereinafter "the Journalist") and Severny Media Group OOO (hereinafter "the Client"), both parties being registered in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation. All journalistic services described herein were performed in compliance with the Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information" and the professional ethical standards of the Union of Journalists of Russia. The journalist confirms that all sources cited in the delivered materials were approached in accordance with Russian press law and that no classified or restricted information was accessed or disclosed. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. For any disputes arising from this invoice, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
