- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- All Journalist services described in this Invoice are subject to the editorial independence clause. The Journalist retains the right to factual accuracy and will not alter verified reporting at the client's request.
- Intellectual property of all written, photographic, and video content produced by the Journalist under this Invoice transfers to the client upon full payment. The Journalist reserves the right to use the work in a professional portfolio.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The Journalist services outlined herein comply with all regulations set forth by the Saudi Press and Media Council and the Ministry of Media. The Journalist holds a valid press accreditation number: PM-2025-08841.
- Payment should be made to: Al-Riyadh Media & Journalism Group, Bank: Saudi National Bank, IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519, SWIFT: SNBLSAJP.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Journalist services and pricing may be subject to revision.
