Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing regulations in Saudi Arabia. The Journalist services described herein are subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. All journalistic work performed by the Journalist, Ms. Layla Al-Harbi, is conducted under the supervision and licensing of the Saudi Ministry of Media. The Journalist holds a valid press card and professional license for all reporting activities within Saudi Arabia Riyadh and its surrounding regions.
3. Intellectual property rights for all original articles, reports, and media content produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Journalist retains the right to reference the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
4. The Journalist warrants that all information gathered, reported, and published under this engagement shall comply with the Saudi Press Law, the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, and all applicable regulations of the Saudi Arabia Riyadh media authority.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Procedure Law.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments.
