Journalist's Note: All journalistic work delivered under this Invoice adheres to the ethical standards set forth by the Media, Films and Publications Act of Singapore Singapore and the professional code of conduct of the Singapore Singapore Association of Journalists. The client acknowledges that all published content remains the intellectual property of the Journalist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between the Journalist (service provider) and the client for the journalism and media services rendered in Singapore Singapore as described above.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until full payment is received, in accordance with Singapore Singapore commercial law.
3. The Journalist reserves the right to withhold publication of any material until full payment of this Invoice has been confirmed in the client's account.
4. All services were performed within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. Any tax obligations arising from this Invoice are subject to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Singapore (IRAS) regulations.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Journalist reserves the right to reissue or adjust the Invoice amount to reflect current market rates in Singapore Singapore.
6. By accepting this Invoice, the client confirms that all deliverables described herein have been reviewed and approved to the Journalist's professional standard.
