Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Freelance Journalist Service Agreement dated April 1, 2025, between the undersigned Journalist and Seoul Metropolitan News Agency, both operating within South Korea Seoul.
2. All journalistic content, photographs, and multimedia materials referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment is received. Upon clearance of the Grand Total, a perpetual, royalty-free license for editorial use is granted to the client.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the South Korea Seoul Commercial Act.
4. The Journalist warrants that all reporting, interviews, and published materials comply with the Press and Broadcasting Act of the Republic of Korea and all applicable South Korea Seoul municipal media ordinances.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the terms of the governing service agreement.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of services rendered for the period of May 12, 2025, through June 13, 2025. No additional charges will be applied beyond the amounts listed herein.
