2. All journalistic content produced under this engagement remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Journalist retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio for non-commercial purposes.
3. The Journalist confirms compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding all personal data collected during field reporting in Barcelona.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the client is requested to confirm the outstanding balance in writing.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Spanish Civil Code.
6. The Journalist is registered as a self-employed professional (autónomo) with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) and is fully liable for the payment of applicable social security contributions and income tax obligations in Spain Barcelona.
