- Payment Deadline: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, in accordance with the Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales (Spain's Anti-Delinquency in Commercial Transactions Act).
- Late Payment Penalty: In the event of late payment, interest at the rate established by the Banco de España (European Central Bank reference rate plus 10 percentage points) shall apply, as mandated by Spanish commercial law.
