This invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments are subject to a penalty interest rate as defined under Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) Article 30. The journalist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in the event of non-payment beyond the due date.
Notes and Additional Information
This invoice is issued in accordance with the freelance journalist service agreement dated 25 May 2025 between the undersigned journalist and Anadolu Media Group A.Ş. All journalistic work described herein was conducted in full compliance with the Turkish Press Law (Basın Kanunu No. 5680) and the ethical standards of the Turkish Journalists' Union (Türkiye Gazeteciler Sendikası). The journalist confirms that all reporting activities were carried out within the administrative boundaries of Ankara, Turkey, and that all source materials have been properly documented and archived in Ankara. This invoice constitutes the final settlement for all journalist services rendered during the period of 2 June 2025 through 12 June 2025. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables referenced in this invoice. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ankara Commercial Courts. This document is valid as a fiscal record under the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) regulations and must be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years in accordance with Turkish commercial law.
