2. All intellectual property rights to published work transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
3. The Journalist reserves the right to publish unedited raw material in a separate outlet unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Uganda, with jurisdiction in Uganda Kampala.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
