Notes and Terms
This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Journalist services rendered between May 5, 2025, and June 14, 2025, in the United States Miami metropolitan area. All work was performed in accordance with the freelance services agreement dated April 28, 2025, between the undersigned Journalist and South Florida Media Group, LLC.
All journalistic content, including but not limited to written articles, video narration scripts, photographs, and audio recordings, remains the intellectual property of the Journalist until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance of payment, a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish and distribute the content is granted to the client.
The Journalist confirms that all reporting was conducted in compliance with the Florida Press Freedom Act, the United States First Amendment protections, and the ethical standards set forth by the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Code of Ethics. No conflicts of interest were present during the reporting period.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the governing law of the State of Florida, United States.
