Additional Notes & Terms of Service

1. All journalistic work product, including but not limited to articles, photographs, video clips, and research notes delivered under this Invoice, shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Journalist, Jonathan R. Whitfield, unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed by both parties. Meridian Media Group, LLC is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish the delivered content in print and digital formats within the United States.

2. The Journalist warrants that all reporting conducted in the United States New York City was performed in full compliance with the New York City Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), the New York State Open Meetings Law, and all applicable federal press regulations.

3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

4. This Invoice constitutes a final accounting for all Journalist services rendered during the period of May 1, 2025, through May 31, 2025. No additional charges will be assessed for this service period.

5. The Journalist is a sole proprietor registered with the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. All services described in this Invoice were performed within the jurisdiction of the United States New York City.
