Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment shall be made in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the Journalist's designated account at Tashkent City Commercial Bank, Account No. 8601 4000 1234 5678, SWIFT: TCBKUZ2X.
Failure to remit payment by the stated due date of July 15, 2025, will incur a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the terms of the Service Agreement (Contract No. CAMG-JRN-2025-012) signed in Tashkent on April 28, 2025.
All services described in this Invoice were performed by the undersigned Journalist in the capacity of an independent media professional operating under the press accreditation issued by the Ministry of Information and Mass Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Journalist services rendered in Uzbekistan Tashkent during the period of May 2, 2025, through June 12, 2025. All deliverables referenced herein have been accepted in writing by the Client's editorial department.
2. The Journalist retains all intellectual property rights to the original reporting, interview recordings, and photographic materials unless a separate licensing agreement is executed. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish the written articles as described in the Service Agreement.
3. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the regulations governing freelance media professionals in Tashkent. A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested from the Journalist's office at the address listed above.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of the governing Service Agreement.
