The Journalist reserves all intellectual property rights over the original reporting materials unless a separate licensing agreement is executed in writing.

- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for journalistic services rendered in Venezuela Caracas and does not constitute a warranty of publication or editorial placement.
- All work performed by the Journalist is subject to the Press Law of Venezuela (Ley de Prensa) and the applicable regulations of the National Telecommunications Institute (CONATEL).
- The client acknowledges that the Journalist operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client organization.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in the city of Caracas, Venezuela, in accordance with the Venezuelan Arbitration Law.
- This document is issued in duplicate. The original is retained by the Journalist for tax and accounting purposes in compliance with the Venezuelan Internal Revenue Service (SENIAT) regulations.
