Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All journalist services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Press Law of Vietnam (Law No. 103/2016/QH13) and the regulations governing media operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
2. The journalist, Nguyen Van Minh, holds a valid Press Card (Giấy Phép Báo Chí) issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam, and is registered as a freelance journalist operating in the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area.
3. All intellectual property rights to the journalistic content produced under this engagement (including articles, photographs, video footage, and documentary materials) shall transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice, as stipulated in Section 7 of the master service agreement dated April 1, 2025.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Vietnamese Accounting Law and the regulations of the General Department of Taxation. The client is entitled to request a duplicate Invoice or a tax certificate (Chứng từ khấu trừ) for their corporate tax filing purposes.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, matters shall be submitted to the People's Court of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for adjudication.
