- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) guidelines for professional legal and judicial advisory services rendered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- All Judge-related services described in this Invoice have been performed in compliance with the Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission regulations and the Code of Conduct for Legal Practitioners as prescribed by the Bangladesh Bar Council.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh banking regulations.
- The Judge consultation services listed herein are confidential. All documents, opinions, and legal memos prepared under this engagement are the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- This Invoice is valid only for the specific Judge services rendered in the Dhaka metropolitan area, Bangladesh. Any additional services or extensions of scope must be documented in a separate Invoice or supplementary agreement.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Dhaka Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001. The jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall be exclusively applicable.
- Retain this Invoice for your records. A duplicate copy may be requested from our Dhaka office within ninety (90) days of the original Invoice date.
