Unauthorized disclosure of any materials referenced in this invoice is strictly prohibited.
4. Should the client require a duplicate copy of this invoice or wish to dispute any line item, written notice must be directed to the billing department of Judge Legal & Judicial Services Inc. at the Vancouver address listed above within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
5. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the invoice may be subject to re-issuance and applicable administrative fees as outlined in the governing service agreement.
