Terms and Conditions1. This Invoice constitutes a formal and binding financial document issued in connection with the professional services rendered by the undersigned Judge in the capacity of a judicial officer within the jurisdiction of China Beijing. All services described herein were performed in strict compliance with the judicial ethics code and procedural regulations of the People's Republic of China.
2. The Judge's professional judgment, written opinions, and adjudicative decisions referenced in this Invoice are confidential and protected under the Judicial Secrets Protection Law. Unauthorized disclosure of the contents of the judgment or the deliberative process is strictly prohibited.
3. All fees listed on this Invoice are inclusive of the Judge's professional time, courtroom usage within the China Beijing municipal court system, and standard administrative support. Any extraordinary expenses, such as international legal cooperation or expedited processing, shall be itemized separately and require prior written authorization from the client.
4. This Invoice is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Invoice shall be submitted to the competent court in China Beijing for resolution. The parties agree that the seat of any arbitration, if applicable, shall be Beijing, China.
5. The client acknowledges that the Judge's services are rendered with the highest degree of impartiality, integrity, and adherence to due process. The issuance of this Invoice does not constitute an admission of liability, a waiver of any judicial privilege, or a modification of the final judgment's legal standing.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After the expiration of this period, the client must contact the issuing office in China Beijing to confirm the continued validity of the outstanding balance before making payment.
7. A copy of this Invoice, along with the corresponding judgment document and court seal, shall be filed with the China Beijing Municipal Court Records Office for a minimum retention period of twenty (20) years in accordance with the Archives Administration Law.
