1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the National Administration of Taxation (DIAN) of Colombia and the applicable provisions of the Colombian Tax Statute (Estatuto Tributario). The IVA rate of 19% is applied as mandated by Colombian law for services rendered in Bogotá D.C.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate established by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, as published in the Official Gazette (Gaceta Oficial).
3. All judicial services described herein were rendered by the undersigned Judge within the territorial jurisdiction of Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Colombia, in strict compliance with the Colombian Constitution of 1991, the Code of General Procedure (Law 1564 of 2012), and the Arbitration Code (Law 1563 of 2012).
4. The withholding tax of 4% on income (renta) has been deducted in accordance with Article 382 of the Colombian Tax Statute. The client is responsible for filing the corresponding Form 210 with the DIAN within the statutory deadline.
5. This Invoice constitutes an official record of judicial services rendered. Any dispute regarding the charges listed herein shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, and governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
