- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia's Public Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation No. 1160/2019 and applicable judicial service fee schedules established by the Federal Judicial Service Commission in Addis Ababa.
- Payment of this Invoice shall be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the due date via bank transfer to the account designated by the Judge. The receiving bank is the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa Main Branch, Account No. 1000-4471-2093-5567.
- All services rendered by the Judge were performed within the jurisdiction of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and are subject to the Ethiopian Civil Code, the Criminal Code, and the Federal Courts Proclamation No. 454/2005 (as amended).
