- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Ghana Judicial Service, Accra Central Office, or by certified cheque payable to “Hon. Justice K.A. Mensah — Judicial Services Account.” Bank: GCB Bank, Accra Main Branch, Account No. 0012-3456-7890.
- Due Date: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month in accordance with the Ghanaian Interest and Exchange Rate Act, 2013 (Act 871).
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in full compliance with the requirements of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) under the Value Added Tax Act, 2013 (Act 870) and the Income Tax Act, 2015 (Act 896). The client is advised to retain this document for their statutory tax records.
