Payment Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Hon. Judge Arvind R. Deshmukh, a retired judicial officer practicing as a legal consultant in Mumbai, India. All services described herein were rendered in accordance with the engagement letter dated 28 April 2025.
2. Payment of the total Invoice amount of INR ₹4,25,000.00 is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the terms of the engagement agreement.

4. This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be governed by the laws of India and adjudicated exclusively by the competent courts in Mumbai.
5. The Judge reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice in the event of additional services rendered beyond the scope defined in the engagement letter. No refund shall be processed for services already performed.
