TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS INVOICE
1. This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Judge in connection with professional arbitration and mediation services rendered in Jakarta, Indonesia. All services were performed under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia and in compliance with Indonesian law, specifically Law No. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, as amended.
2. Payment of this Invoice shall be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be remitted via bank transfer to the account designated below. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with prevailing Indonesian commercial practice.
3. The Judge warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed with the independence, impartiality, and professional diligence expected of a judicial officer in Indonesia. The Judge confirms no conflict of interest existed at the time of engagement in Jakarta, Indonesia.
4. This Invoice is subject to the applicable tax regulations of the Directorate General of Taxes (Ditjen Pajak), Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia. The VAT (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) of 11% and the Withholding Tax (Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23) of 2% have been applied as mandated by Indonesian fiscal law.
5. The arbitral award and all related documents produced by the Judge in connection with this engagement remain the property of the parties to the dispute. The Judge retains no proprietary interest in the outcome of the proceedings conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, or by arbitration seated in Jakarta, Indonesia, as mutually agreed by the parties.
7. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of fees for the Judge's services in the referenced matter. No additional charges shall be incurred unless a written amendment to the engagement letter is executed by both parties in Jakarta, Indonesia.
