Terms and Conditions1. This Invoice constitutes a formal and binding financial document issued by the undersigned Judge in his capacity as an independent legal professional operating in Israel Jerusalem. All charges listed herein are final and non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
2. The Judge reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future services immediately upon receipt of this Invoice if payment is not received by the stated due date. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted under Israeli law, whichever is lower) shall be applied to any outstanding balance.
3. All mediation sessions, legal memoranda, and advisory consultations provided by the Judge are subject to strict confidentiality as mandated by the Israeli Mediation Law and the professional ethics code of the Israel Bar Association. No portion of the work product referenced in this Invoice may be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of both the Judge and the client.

5. The Judge confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the ethical standards expected of a judicial officer in Israel Jerusalem, including full disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest and adherence to the principles of impartiality and independence.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated payment terms at the sole discretion of the Judge's office.
