Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional engagement agreement dated 28 February 2025 between Studio Legale Giuridico S.r.l. and the Office of the Hon. Judge Marco Aurelio Castellani, Presiding Judge, Civil Division III, Tribunale Ordinario di Roma, Italy. All services were rendered within the jurisdiction of Rome (Roma Capitale), Italy, and are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the European Commission's Biannual Interest Rate Determination, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions, as transposed into Italian law by D.Lgs. 231/2002.
3. All legal opinions, memoranda, and advisory documents prepared for the Judge in connection with this engagement remain the intellectual property of the issuing firm until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon settlement, all materials shall be delivered to the court registry in Rome in both digital (PDF/A) and hard-copy format.
4. This Invoice is subject to the professional confidentiality obligations set forth in the Italian Code of Ethics for Legal Consultants (Codice Deontologico) and the data protection requirements of the GDPR (Regolamento UE 2016/679) as implemented in Italy by D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Codice Privacy) and its amendments.
5. The services described herein were performed exclusively to assist the Judge in the exercise of judicial functions before the Tribunale di Roma. They do not constitute a substitute for the Judge's independent judicial discretion, nor do they bind the court in its final determination. The Judge retains full and absolute authority over all legal reasoning and final judgment in the matter.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding this Invoice, the competent court shall be the Tribunale di Roma, and the applicable law shall be that of the Italian Republic. The parties agree to attempt amicable resolution prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
7. This document constitutes a valid tax invoice (fattura elettronica) for the purposes of Italian fiscal law (D.P.R. 633/1972) and has been registered in the electronic invoicing system (Sistema di Interscambio – SdI) of the Agenzia delle Entrate, Rome office.
