Payment Terms & Important Notices
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the applicable court fee regulations effective in Kazakhstan Almaty for the 2025 fiscal year. The total amount of 763,720.00 KZT (Seven Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Tenge) is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 28 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Almaty City Court's designated account at JSC "National Bank of Kazakhstan" (IBAN: KZ85 9000 0000 0000 0000 0000). The remittance reference must include the Invoice number KZ-ALM-2025-04871 and the case reference 14-2025/03342.
Please note that the Judge presiding over this matter, Hon. A. Tulegenova, has no financial interest in the outcome of the proceedings. All fees listed in this Invoice are statutory court charges and administrative costs, not personal compensation to the Judge. The Judge's professional duties are governed by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" (No. 243-V, 2014, as amended).
Failure to settle this Invoice by the due date may result in the imposition of a late-payment penalty of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated in the Kazakhstan Almaty court administrative regulations.
