Payment Instructions & Important Notes
- Payment of this Invoice shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, as stipulated under Kuwaiti commercial law governing judicial fee settlements.
- All payments must be remitted to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, Judicial Accounts Division, located at the Central Courthouse, Al-Ma'adeen, Kuwait City. Bank: National Bank of Kuwait, Account No. 0045-8821-7734, SWIFT: NBKOKWKA.
- This Invoice covers all judicial services rendered by the assigned Judge during the period of 1 May 2025 through 14 June 2025. Any subsequent hearings, appeals, or enforcement actions will be invoiced separately.
- The Judge's rulings and court orders referenced herein are final and binding in accordance with the Kuwaiti Constitution and the Law of Civil and Commercial Procedure (Law No. 38 of 1980, as amended).
- Should the client wish to dispute any line item on this Invoice, a written objection must be submitted to the Court Registrar's Office in Kuwait City within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the regulations of the Supreme Judicial Council of Kuwait and the financial directives of the Ministry of Justice, State of Kuwait. All judicial fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered by the Judge.
2. The services described in this Invoice were performed at the Kuwait City Judicial Complex and its affiliated offices. The Judge exercised jurisdiction in full compliance with Kuwaiti territorial sovereignty and the applicable procedural codes.
3. Late payment beyond the due date specified above shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, as permitted under Kuwaiti civil law. Repeated non-payment may result in the Judge referring the matter to the Enforcement Court in Kuwait City for compulsory collection.
4. This document constitutes the official financial record of all judicial interactions between the named Judge and the client for the referenced docket numbers. It shall be retained by both parties for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with Kuwaiti record-keeping regulations.
