Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law of Public Procurement and the internal regulations governing the Office of the Judge within the Federal Judiciary of Mexico. All services described herein were rendered in support of the judicial functions performed by the Judge in Mexico Mexico City and are subject to the following terms:
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de México for overdue obligations.
- All services provided to the Judge's office are confidential and shall be handled in strict accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the judicial secrecy protocols of the Poder Judicial de la Federación.
- This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the service period indicated. Any additional services requested by the Judge or the court staff beyond the scope of the original contract shall be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written authorization from the Judicial Procurement Office in Mexico Mexico City.
- The Judge's office acknowledges receipt of all deliverables, including training materials, research memoranda, the digital case management system, certified translations, the annual performance report, and the courtroom equipment installation, as documented in the acceptance protocols signed by the court clerk.

- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the amounts may be subject to adjustment based on the current exchange rates and tax regulations in force in Mexico.
