Payment Terms & Important Notes

  • Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, in compliance with Article 74 of the Moroccan Code of Civil Procedure governing the remuneration of court-appointed experts.
  • Currency: All amounts are expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD / DH). No foreign currency settlements are accepted for judicial fees in Casablanca.
  • Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Moroccan General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts) and the regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts, Casablanca Regional Directorate. The VAT number of the issuing judicial body is registered under the Casablanca tax jurisdiction.
