Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account of the Yangon Judicial Advisory & Arbitration Centre, held at the Myanmar Economic Bank, Sanchaung Branch, Yangon. Account Number: 001-2025-88341-0047. Alternatively, payment may be made by certified cheque drawn on any licensed bank operating in Myanmar Yangon, made payable to "Hon. U Thura Win Myint — Judicial Advisory Services."
Please reference the Invoice number INV-YGN-2025-0047 on all remittances. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter signed on 28 May 2025.
Important Notes and Declarations
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Myanmar Revenue Law (2011) and the applicable tax regulations of the Union of Myanmar. All services rendered by the Judge are subject to the professional ethical standards of the Myanmar Bar Association and the Code of Conduct for Judicial Officers.
- The Judge, Hon. U Thura Win Myint, confirms that all legal opinions, arbitration proceedings, and advisory services described in this Invoice were performed independently, impartially, and in strict compliance with the laws of Myanmar Yangon and the Union of Myanmar.
- The client acknowledges that the services provided by the Judge constitute professional legal and judicial advisory work and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular court outcome. The Judge's role in arbitration and mediation is to facilitate fair resolution, not to guarantee a specific verdict.
- All documents, legal opinions, and written memoranda prepared by the Judge under this engagement are the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Judge retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with client confidentiality preserved.
- This Invoice is valid only when accompanied by the original signed engagement letter and the service completion certificate issued by the Yangon Judicial Advisory & Arbitration Centre. Any discrepancies should be reported to the issuing office in Yangon within seven (7) business days of receipt.
- The client is advised to retain this Invoice for their corporate tax records and to submit a copy to the Yangon City Development Committee if required for business licensing or foreign investment compliance purposes under the Myanmar Investment Commission regulations.
