Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment must be received by 30 Ashadh 2082 (30 July 2025) to avoid late payment penalties.
- All Judge services described in this Invoice were rendered in Kathmandu, Nepal, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nepal judiciary and applicable laws of Nepal.
- The Judge, Hon. Justice Dr. Sunita Gurung, maintains full professional independence and impartiality as mandated by the Nepal Judicial Council. No conflict of interest exists in the services provided.
- Payment is due in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account specified below. Cheques must be drawn in favor of "Kathmandu Judicial Services Pvt. Ltd."
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Nepal's commercial transaction regulations.
- All arbitration awards, legal opinions, and written statements issued by the Judge under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Judge and may not be reproduced without written consent.
- This Invoice does not constitute a final settlement of all claims. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, under the Nepal Arbitration Act, 2055.
- The 2% early payment discount applies only if the full Grand Total is received before 20 Ashadh 2082 (20 July 2025).
