Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Judge services rendered during the stated period. No additional charges shall be incurred beyond the amounts specified herein unless a written amendment to the engagement agreement is executed by both parties.
2. All Judge proceedings referenced in this Invoice were conducted in strict adherence to the ethical standards set forth by the Judicial Service Commission of Nigeria and the rules of the Abuja Arbitration Centre.
3. The client acknowledges that the Judge's rulings, written opinions, and mediation outcomes are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent of both the Judge and the client, except as required by Nigerian law or court order.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from the Judge's office in Nigeria Abuja.
5. In the event of any dispute regarding the amounts stated on this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation at the Abuja Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution before resorting to litigation in the Federal High Court, Abuja.
6. This document is issued in duplicate. The original is retained by the Judge's office, and the copy is delivered to the client for their records and tax compliance purposes with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
