Payment Terms & Conditions
This invoice from Judge & Associates Legal Services, Lagos, is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the First Bank of Nigeria account details provided above. Please reference Invoice No. JAL/2025/00487 in your payment remittance.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 29 June 2025. This invoice is subject to the standard terms and conditions of engagement as outlined in the retainer agreement executed between Judge & Associates and the client on 20 January 2025.
All services rendered in connection with judicial proceedings in Lagos, Nigeria, are governed by the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria and the Rules of the High Court of Lagos State. The withholding tax deduction is to be remitted by the client to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) within the stipulated period, and a Tax Credit Note shall be issued upon proof of remittance.
Important Notes
This invoice covers all judicial and legal advisory services rendered by Judge & Associates Legal Services in connection with the land dispute matter (Case No: HCL/IKJ/CV/2025/00847) before the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Judicial Division. The services were performed under the direct supervision of the Lead Counsel and in full compliance with the Code of Conduct for Legal Practitioners in Nigeria.
All court appearances, filings, and interactions with the presiding Judge were conducted in accordance with the Lagos State High Court Rules and the Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules. The client acknowledges that this invoice represents the final billing for the period of 02 June 2025 to 13 June 2025, and no additional charges shall be incurred for the above-listed services.
Should the client require further judicial representation, additional hearings, or appellate proceedings arising from the Judge's decision, a separate invoice will be issued in accordance with the agreed hourly rates set forth in the retainer agreement.
