TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Taxation Authority (FTA) invoicing requirements and the Sales Tax Act, 1990, as applicable in the Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the prevailing commercial lending rate in Pakistan.
- All judicial and arbitration services rendered by the undersigned Judge (Retd.) are governed by the Arbitration Act, 1940, the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and the applicable rules of the Islamabad High Court.
- The Final Arbitral Award issued under this engagement is binding upon all parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction within Pakistan, including the Islamabad High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
- Confidentiality of all proceedings, documents, and deliberations is maintained in strict accordance with Section 11 of the Arbitration Act, 1940, and the professional ethics code of the Pakistan Bar Council.

- This invoice is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any dispute regarding this invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
