Payment Terms and Invoice Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issuance. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of the Judge as detailed below.
- Bank: National Bank of Pakistan, Clifton Branch, Pakistan Karachi. Account Title: Hon. Judge Muhammad Ali Raza Khan. IBAN: PK00 NBPA 0000 0000 0000 0000.
- Failure to remit payment by the due date stated on this Invoice shall attract a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the commercial practices of Pakistan Karachi.
- All services rendered by the Judge are strictly confidential and governed by the legal professional privilege recognized under the law of Pakistan. No portion of this Invoice or the underlying services may be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding record of the judicial and legal advisory services provided. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan Karachi.
- The Judge reserves the right to withhold further services until full payment of this Invoice is received and verified in the designated bank account.
- Tax calculations on this Invoice are based on the prevailing rates of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Sindh Board of Revenue as applicable in Pakistan Karachi for the financial year 2024-2025.
