Invoice Notes and Terms of Payment
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated April 01, 2025, between the Office of Judge Ricardo M. Salazar and the Philippine National Arbitration Center, both operating within the jurisdiction of Philippines Manila. All judicial and adjudicatory services rendered under this Invoice comply with the Code of Professional Responsibility of the Philippine Judiciary and the rules promulgated by the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to BDO Unibank, Account No. 0012-3456-7890, in the name of Hon. Judge Ricardo M. Salazar, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any balance remaining unpaid after the due date of July 15, 2025, as stipulated under the Philippine Civil Code and the terms of the governing Service Agreement.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. After this period, the client is advised to request a re-issued Invoice from the Office of the Judge in Philippines Manila.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed in the capacity of a retired judicial officer providing private adjudicatory and consultative services. No official court proceedings of the Philippine judiciary are implied or represented herein.
- The client is requested to retain this Invoice for their official records and for submission to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Philippines Manila office as a valid official receipt for tax deduction purposes.
