Terms & Conditions — Judicial Services Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the regulations governing judicial administrative services in the State of Qatar and is subject to the laws of Qatar Doha, including the Qatari Civil Code and the Law of Civil and Commercial Procedure.
2. All services described herein were rendered by or under the direct supervision of the presiding Judge in an official capacity. The Judge's professional judgment, written opinions, and mediation outcomes are confidential and protected under Qatari judicial privilege statutes.
3. The client acknowledges that the amounts invoiced cover professional judicial time, administrative overhead, and associated court fees. No portion of this Invoice may be refunded unless the service was not rendered as described.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Doha, Qatar. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Doha Commercial Court for any billing-related disputes.
5. This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of seven (7) years in compliance with Qatar's tax and commercial record-keeping requirements.
