- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Part Two, Chapter 21 — Value Added Tax) and the Federal Law No. 402-FZ "On Accounting" dated 6 December 2011.
- The Judge's services are rendered under a professional engagement contract (Contract No. SPB-ARB-2025-112) dated 25 May 2025, executed in Saint Petersburg, Russia. A copy of the contract is available upon request.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.05% per day in accordance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- All judicial proceedings referenced in this Invoice were conducted in the City of Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Saint Petersburg Arbitration Court. The Judge's award is enforceable in accordance with the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (1958), to which Russia is a signatory.
