Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This invoice is issued in accordance with the judicial fee schedule established by the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Dakar, Republic of Senegal, and the applicable provisions of the Senegalese Code of Civil Procedure governing the costs of judicial proceedings.
- Payment of the full amount of 2,762,300 XOF (Two Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Three Hundred West African CFA Francs) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Tribunal de Dakar, Senegal, or by certified check payable to the Republic of Senegal — Ministry of Justice, Dakar. The account details are: Bank: Banque Atlantique du Sénégal, Account No.: 0012-4567-8901-2345, IBAN: SN09 0012 4567 8901 2345 6789.
- Failure to remit payment by the due date shall result in the application of a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the financial regulations of the Senegalese judicial system as administered in Dakar.
- All judicial services described herein were performed by the undersigned Judge in the official capacity of presiding officer of the Commercial Division. This invoice does not constitute legal advice to either party and does not alter the binding nature of the judicial ruling issued in the referenced case.
- This invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar, Senegal. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or payment of this invoice shall be resolved exclusively before the competent judicial authority in Dakar, Republic of Senegal.
