1. 3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice Date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) in accordance with Article 20 of the Korean Commercial Act.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Judge services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, South Korea.
