- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Thai Revenue Code and the regulations governing judicial and arbitration service fees in Thailand Bangkok. All charges are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue stated above.
- The Judge services described herein were rendered by a duly appointed and licensed judicial officer of the Bangkok Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Centre. The Judge exercised authority under the Arbitration Act B.E. 2545 (2002) of Thailand and all applicable procedural rules of the Bangkok court system.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bangkok Bank, Account Name: Bangkok Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Centre, Account No. 441-0-28973-5, Branch: Ratchadamri, Bangkok, Thailand. Please reference Invoice Number TH-BKK-JDG-2025-04872 in all payment communications.
- Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Invoice or the Judge services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand Bangkok. The parties agree that the laws of Thailand shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of all terms contained in this Invoice document.
- Overdue payments on this Invoice shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) as prescribed by the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Section 224, calculated from the due date until the date of full settlement.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all Judge services rendered during the period of 2 June 2025 through 14 June 2025 in Thailand Bangkok. No additional charges shall be levied beyond those itemized herein unless a supplemental Invoice is issued and acknowledged in writing by both parties.
- The client is advised to retain this Invoice for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with Thai tax record-keeping requirements. A certified copy of this Invoice may be obtained from the Bangkok Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Centre registry upon written request.
