Payment Terms & Important Notes
This Invoice is issued by Judge Legal Associates, a duly registered legal practice operating in Kampala, Uganda, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. The total net amount due of Nine Million Five Hundred and Fifty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Uganda Shillings (UGX 9,553,600) is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Judge Legal Associates, Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account No. 0102-3456-7890, Branch: Kampala Road. Please reference Invoice No. JLA-2025-00487 in all correspondence.
- Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date of 30 June 2025, interest shall accrue at the rate of 2% per month in accordance with the Uganda Interest Act, 1997, and the terms of our retainer agreement.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in full compliance with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) regulations. The VAT registration number of Judge Legal Associates is URA/VAT/2020/008765. A withholding tax certificate will be issued upon receipt of payment.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kampala, Uganda, or by arbitration under the Uganda Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2000, at the client's election.
