Terms, Conditions & Important Notes
- Payment Terms: Full payment of the total invoice amount of 45,084,000 UZS (Fifty Million Eighty-Four Thousand Uzbekistan Som) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above.
- Judicial Authority: All services rendered by the undersigned Judge are conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Law No. ZRU-442, as amended) and the procedural rules of the Tashkent City Arbitration Court. The Judge's rulings and arbitral awards issued under this engagement are binding and enforceable within the jurisdiction of Uzbekistan.
- Confidentiality: All case materials, evidentiary documents, and deliberations conducted by the Judge during the arbitration proceedings in Tashkent are subject to strict confidentiality as mandated by Article 47 of the Uzbekistan Arbitration Code. No portion of this invoice or the associated judicial proceedings may be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both parties.
- Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date, a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month shall be applied to the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Judge reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future judicial services until full settlement is received.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this invoice or the judicial services described herein shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Yakkasaroy District Court of Tashkent for any enforcement or interpretive matters.
- Validity: This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Judge's office reserves the right to reissue the invoice with updated rates and applicable tax adjustments as per the National Bank of Uzbekistan regulations.
- Language: This invoice is issued in English for the convenience of the client. The official legal record of all judicial proceedings conducted by the Judge is maintained in the Uzbek language at the Tashkent City Arbitration Court registry. Certified translations are available upon request.
